We do casual hangouts, brunches, walks, and wellness experiences & personal growth workshops and retreat. All designed to help women meet like-minded people and build real local friendships. We’re all about finding and building the kind of sisterhood many of us wish we had sooner. Because we believe life is better when you have people in your corner, and sometimes finding your people is how you find yourself. 🫶

I started this community bc I know what it’s like not to have friends around when you navigate your messy middle. I want women to become more themselves through confidence, belonging, self-expression, and intentional growth. Community can both heal and empower us. The right people help us become more of who we already are. So here’s to finding your sisterhood & unlocking the best version of ourselves together ✨
I’m always up for an adventure, whether that’s exploring somewhere new, trying new things, being out in nature, moving my body or getting lost in conversations that somehow end up way deeper than expected. A few years ago, I joined IAH as a participant looking for like-minded people. I stayed for the friendships and somehow ended up becoming a host. Funny how one small “yes” can change the direction of your life.
i am passionate about meeting new people in the community and always open to trying new experiences. Whether it’s exploring a new café, going for a hike, checking out local events, or simply enjoying great conversations,
