First, Pace ππΌββοΈβοΈ
Girls-only intro to running ππΌββοΈ
First Pace is a movement club based around a weekly Thursday morning meet-up in Centennial Park, designed especially for those curious about running or anxious to give it a try. Thursdays are our dedicated beginner session, perfect for anyone who wants to walk, ease into running, or build confidence before ever stepping into a typical run club. Some Thursday sessions will be walk-only, while others will be gentle jog/walk intervals, always at an easy and welcoming pace. Afterwards, we get coffee at one of the parks cafes for a social to finish off the morning and make some new friends. Meet the hosts
Iβm Lottie, founder of First, Pace! I started this club to bring people together through movement and create a space where everyone feels welcome. Whether youβre a regular runner or trying your first social run, weβre here for good vibes, great company, and a reminder that running doesnβt have to be serious to be meaningful. β¨
Not the fastest runner in the group, but definitely one of the chattiest. Alex loves meeting new people and getting outside. Sheβs all about making running feel fun, social, and welcoming for everyone. β¨
