Meet our founder, Mollie Nelson-Williams. Actor turned chef, Mollie is a master of culinary creativity. With an eye for excellence, and a deep hunger to share the art and unifying nature of seasonal food with the world, Mollie is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to setting a table. Currently calling Attica home, Mollie’s knowledge of Australian native produce, foraging, and adventurous dining is incomparable. The grit and passion she brings to Our Table is world class; inspiring community to look beneath the shiny exterior of eating-out, bringing intentionality, curiosity, and discovery to the art of sharing a meal.
