No pressure, no pretense. Just runs, good yaps, and post-run treats. TRT. started because run clubs felt too serious or too early — we wanted something casual, social, and friendship-first. The idea is simple: show up, move at your pace, and see where it takes you. Our Instagram has our linktree which has our Strava group link and scheduled runs for the month! Keen to see you guys xx

I started The Run Thing. because every other run club felt too serious, too early, or too fast. TRT. is for anyone who wants movement without the pressure — a space where you can jog, walk, run, yap, and always grab treat after. It’s not about medals or PBs, it’s about showing up, feeling good, and finding your people. Worse case scenario — you’d be running away from me as I chat your ear off!
