Meal prep smarter, not harder
I love cooking but I find it challenging on busy weeks. Or I cook a big batch and crave something different by day 3. So I wondered, what if I started a meal prep club. Here’s the proposal: Bring 4 of the same meals. Leave with 4 different meals to enjoy for the rest of the week. We eat a meal together & get to know our fellow foodie neighbours. Benefits: 🧀Enjoy home cooked meals from different cultures & ethnicities 🧀Save time & money 🧀Don’t get sick of your meals 🧀Meeting other foodies Meal Share Guidelines: ➿Bring 4 meals in large rectangle takeaway box. ➿ Label w/ ingredients. ➿ Meals must be balanced — containing approx 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs, 1/2 fibre & a source of fats. ➿ Pescatarian/vegetarian meals only for now. In future rounds, we can have more groups for different dietaries. ➿ Cultural & ethnic foods welcome & encouraged. ➿ Must be cooked max 24 hours beforehand, & adhere to food safety guidelines.
