I am an outdoor ed leader, yoga and meditation teacher, ocean lover, and adventure chaser.
I run this beautiful community called Salty Souls -- a space for women who crave sunshine, connection, and a little wild adventure. β Camping, hiking, ocean swims, waterfall chasing, long days under the Australian sun is where I feel most alive. Salty Souls was born from that love -- and from my desire to share the raw, breathtaking beauty of Australia with you. β Through Salty Souls, I host guided adventures for women -- from coastal hikes and ocean dips to waterfall escapesn and camping retreats. We also gather in intimate sister circles where we share sound baths, gentle yoga, creative workshops, journalling, meditation, and the kind of conversations that turn strangers into lifelong friends. β Iβm passionate about uncovering and sharing Australiaβs hidden gems -- both through our in-person adventures and through the content I create online -- inspiring you to reconnect with nature, yourself, and a community of like-hearted women.
