I spend an inordinate amount of my time (and disposable income) exploring Melbourne’s dynamic dining scene. For me, sharing a meal - whether with family, colleagues, or friends - both new and old - is how I fill my proverbial cup. Bon Chovy is about creating a table for others who share that same fervour for elevated dining. As for the name? I'm a sucker for anchovies and shit puns. It won’t always be fine dining or always northside, but it will always be a way to nourish oneself. The brief; • An intimate table at a hyped new opening, a hit-list restaurant, or a beloved favourite. • A balance of fine dining, street eats, and wholesome meals • Lively conversation with others who love good food and value hospitality as a craft • A community for sharing discoveries and revisiting classics together.
