Social run club for the HERs
We’re a women's run club in Ballarat that meets twice a week — 30-minute runs, your own pace, and we always finish together. No one gets left behind. We rotate around a few spots in Ballarat, so there's always something a little different. Most runs end with coffee. Some end with acai or a free brekkie burrito from GYG, depending on the week. Beyond the regular runs, we love hosting special events — yoga at the lake, strength sessions, training workshops, market mornings - there’s always something going on! If you've been wanting a reason to run, or just a consistent thing to look forward to twice a week — come along on a Tuesday or Saturday and see for yourself.

Meet the host
I'm Micah, one of the four of us who started Her Run Club back in January 2024. The idea was pretty simple — we all wanted to run but kept putting it off because doing it alone wasn't that motivating. So we picked a time, picked a spot, and just went. It grew way faster than we expected, and now Zoe, Lauren and Gracie run everything on the ground in Ballarat while I manage things from Mildura. I'm really proud of what HRC has become. It's not a serious running club — it's more like a consistent, warm reason to show up twice a week. The runs are short on purpose. The vibe is welcoming on purpose. We wanted something that felt sustainable, not intense. I think we got it right.
