Meal prep smarter, not harder!

Wouldn’t it be cool to cook once but have different meals all week? The proposal: Every Tuesday, we meet for a meal share. You bring 4 of the same meals. You leave with 4 different meals. We discuss recipes, ingredients, techniques — & get to know our fellow foodie neighbours. Benefits: - meeting other foodies - save time & money with cooking - enjoy foods from different cultures & ethnicities. Meal Share Guidelines: - Bring 4 meals in large rectangle plastic takeaway box. - Label w/ ingredients. - All meals must be balanced — containing approx 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs, 1/2 fibre & a source of fats. - First round: pescatarian/vegetarian meals only. In future rounds, we can have more groups for different dietaries. - Cultural & ethnic foods welcome & encouraged. - Must be cooked max 24 hours beforehand, & adhere to food safety guidelines. - All participants must be respectful towards each other.
