Sew a long sleeve top with us ❄️
Così is back for our second sew together, and I can’t wait to grow the community 🌳
Winter is well and truly here, so this time, we’ll work together on the Freddy Long Sleeve by sewingmachina. This a great free pattern (just sign up to her newsletter: https://is.gd/sdgV6X), with lots of options for length of hem and sleeves. We’ll also be practicing stretch sewing, which I for one would love some emotional support for.
Please bring your own sewing machine and any tools you usually sew with. The pattern mentions a serger/overlocker, but I will be using my regular machine on a zig-zag and hoping for the best (so please don’t feel like you need an overlocker to join!).
Just a reminder that Così is a sewing club, not a class, so some experience with a pattern is helpful. I’ll do my best to help, and I’m sure others will too, but we’re all still learning together!
We’ll also have some light afternoon snacks 🍰
