Family Constellations and Cacao Ceremony

At this gathering we're preparing for you, you’ll arrive, settle in, and ease into the space as we open the session together. We’ll start with a small surprise activity and a warm cup of cacao to relax and open the heart. You’ll learn what Family Constellations is in simple, grounded language before we move into two live constellation sessions, with participants chosen on the day, exploring patterns and family stories for insight and release. We will grow together. We finish with a gentle closing and tea to integrate and connect. It’s a heart-opening afternoon to reconnect with yourself, your roots, and your community.
