What to expect

Runners high

We'll meet at 8:30 AM for a casual run around the park. The plan is to do two laps, but feel free to join for just one if you prefer. Pace will be around 5:30/km, but it's flexible — this isn't a competitive run, just a relaxed and social one. See you there, at the Coot Picnic Area! 🏃🌳🦢
