Not for those who like airport reads.

Second meet-up! The book for this month is "The unbearable lightness of being" to discuss and over analyse together. Bring one book you think we should read next month and let the universe decide what we tackle first. Then, we’ll meet once a month at a different location. A book club for gen z/millennials who love both classic and contemporary literature. There are no airport reads and chick lit here. We like good writing, good company, and a little light intellectual chaos.

Meet the planners

My 9-5 is spent working at a startup accelerator helping startups launch, and my 5-9 is spent working on the early days of my own venture. I love food - whether it’s cooking, or trying some place new. Otherwise, I spend my time reading (I gravitate towards Japanese lit and anthology) and am trying to spend as much time outdoors / doing new things (due to having a desk job!) You’ll probably find me at the farmers market, the sauna, or a park run in a random suburb.

I spend my days developing software, working as cook and evenings reading books. Though I am an engineer and cook by profession, I want to be a writer. I love to go on walks, exploring restaurants and writing ✍️
