Meet the planner
I’m a Naturopath student and Pilates instructor who is passionate about all things health, fitness, wellness and connection. I’ve moved a fair few times so I know what it’s like trying to make new connections in new environments and it can be difficult and overwhelming at times so that’s a reason why I started a Pilates in the Park and Coffee & Connect for women in their 20s and 30s who want to move their bodies, make friends and get out of their comfort zone in safe and supportive environment!
