What to expect

Join us for a Slow Paced Sunday along the beachfront. Warm up will be kicking off at 10:00am sharp. We’ll stick to a 6:30-7:30/km pace as the main group but all women of all fitness levels are welcome to join! Walk/Run or a combination of the two 🩷 Move at your own pace, 15 mins out - 15 mins back and join us for coffee at Wild Gypsea afterwards to fully embrace the SPRC Community. Community - Connection - Coffee. ☕️
