Starting at the State Library steps, we’ll stroll through the oldest arcades - Royal, Block, and the laneways in between, followed by coffee at Brunetti. Bring your best recommendation. The ideal: bring one thing that’s made you think lately — a book, an article, a podcast episode — and be ready to swap it for someone else’s. No prep beyond having read/listened to something in the last two weeks. We walk in pairs (rotating at each arcade, so you’re not stuck with the same person the whole way), then land at the cafe for one round-table conversation to close it out. Rain or shine — the whole route is under cover.
