I’m a new online coach and recently have started my own Personal training and group training business. I am a qualified exercise and sport scientist and am starting my Masters of Physiotherapy later this year! I want to help people in the community feel their most confident and authentic selves and not be afraid to give exercise a go! I want to create an inspiring and non-intimidating environment for anyone and everyone!
