Want to curb sugar cravings but find yourself running out of willpower by the end of the day? I’m a non-diet dietitian that takes a holistic, root cause and intuitive eating approach to nutrition. I know that there’s so much nutrition information out there… which can feel overwhelming — especially when it’s conflicting. But it literally doesn’t have to be that complicated, restrictive or rigid. I want to provide more people with simple, no-BS nutrition workshops that will have you excited to implement changes immediately and noticing the difference! It’ll be casual and conversational where you’ll learn: ✨ Why sugar cravings happen (and how to stop them without restricting) ✨ How to build balanced nutrition habits for all day energy ✨ Simple steps you can implement immediately to improve your health and wellbeing. You’ll also walk away with a handout to take home so you can remember everything we talked about. The workshop will be an affordable $15 to cover venue and snacks. I’ll drop the link in the chat!
