Monday Nights Weekly Film Outing @ Cinema Nova

H is for Hawk - 1st of June 6:20 session

Hello everyone 🍿 I’m looking to start a weekly Film Club centered around Cinema Nova in Carlton’s $11 Monday movie nights. First film will be H is for Hawk (starring Claire Foy and Brendan Gleeson) on 1st of June for the 6:20 session (film will probably start around 6:30 after previews). I will probably see another film beforehand so will be hanging around from around 6:10 if anybody would like to say hello beforehand. 🎟️ Tickets: We each book our own tickets separately. 🎬 Pre-Film: Meet up briefly before the session to say hello. 🎞️Time: Aim for a 6:30-7:30 session so people can get there after work/uni. 🍻 Post-Film: Head to the Cinema Nova bar or the Clyde Hotel nearby to grab a drink, discuss the movie, and get to know each other. Cinema Nova on a Monday night always has a bustling and joyous atmosphere. I’m passionate about film and would love to build a community of people who share that passion - I always find the best perspectives come from conversations in person. Those looking to book tickets in-person I recommend getting there earlier than the start time as the queue on Monday nights at Cinema Nova can get quite long.
