Sunday Coffee & Walk - you’re not alone

This is a monthly Sunday meet-up for people in their 20’s & 30’s who’ve lost a parent — not a club you asked to join, but here we are. Meet at Mr Bartolo Richmond at 11am to grab a coffee before starting on a lap or two round the MCG at 11.30am. Come for one or both, no pressure. I lost my parents in 2020 and 2021, and I know how isolating it can be so, whether you’ve lost your mum, dad, or both, this is a space to connect with others who get it. Somewhere you don’t have to over-explain, and where a bit of dark humour is completely welcome. We can talk about the parents we’ve lost, share stories, or chat about completely unrelated life stuff. No forced grief talk. Just good company, good coffee and fresh air. If you can’t make it this time, we’ll also be meeting on Sunday 12 April. More details closer to the day.
