Anyone keen to join me for Beach Dips by @thebreathhaus_? ☀️ A free sunrise community event at Elwood Beach with a walk/run, breathwork and an ocean dip. 🌞7:00am - Sunrise run or walk with @louisphillips12 & @intvl.app 🌞7:30am - Beach Breathwork with The Breath Haus 🌞8:00am- Ocean Dip BYO towel + good vibes Free sign-up on their website Weather looks great - Sunny and calm, 17°C at 7am, warming up to 25°C by 10am.
