Slow Paced Sunday by the River πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ€βœ¨ Kicking off from Kanteen at 10:00am! 🀍 30min lap (around 4km) 🀍 6:30-7:30/km pace 🀍 coffee and conversation at the cafe β˜•οΈ All women of all fitness levels are welcome to join, just simply show up on the day πŸ’Œ Can’t wait to see you all there!!
