Open Men’s Circle In The Park
What to expect
A step toward conscious brotherhood
I will be leading a small men’s circle in Flagstaff Gardens mid-January. This is an open, drop-in gathering for men who want a respectful, non-judgmental and safe space to pause, reflect, and talk honestly about life. We sit together outdoors and share what’s real for us—work, relationships, pressure, purpose, uncertainty, or whatever you’re carrying right now. What this space offers: • Confidential and respectful container • Body check-ins and guided sharing • Listening without advice unless asked • Practices like breathwork & reflection • Option to pass or stay silent at any point Who it’s for: Men of all ages, cultures, sexual orientations, belief systems, and life stages. What to bring: Yourself, comfortable clothes, a bottle of water and something to sit on if you like - small mat, blanket or cushions. This is a simple human space—nothing to perform, nothing to prove. Come as you are.
