Rachel Lee is a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, astrologer and writer. Previously a social worker for over ten years working in frontline crisis roles spanning family violence, housing and mental health, she left after experiencing burnout to pursue a life that feels alive, vibrant and free.

Rachel’s approach is grounded in her personal experience of healing trauma and chronic stress through somatics, astrology, energy work and unblocking her creative spirit. Rachel’s work centers empowerment, creativity, beauty and love as pathways into greater aliveness, possibility and honest expression.
