Slow sketch society
Slow sketches, good vibes, zero pressure
A relaxed sketch club for anyone who wants to slow down, get creative, and meet good people. The plan is to find a nice spot in the Royal Botanic Gardens and sketch the Old Government House and surrounding scenery. If the weather turns bad, we’ll head indoors to the NGV and sketch the stained glass ceiling in the Great Hall, or the main sculpture piece on display in the foyer. I’ll bring sketch pads, pens, pencils, and supplies, so just bring yourself, something comfy to sit on like a picnic blanket, and warm clothes if needed. No drawing experience required at all. It’s really just an excuse to get out, meet new people and have a few laughs. :)
