I regularly volunteer at an urban farm in Bundoora on Wednesdays 10am~1pm. A last minute change of plans this week means the volunteer day has been rescheduled for Friday. If anyone is interested in joining, would be happy to give a lift. No experience needed, just a positive attitude and clothes you don't mind getting mucky. Waterproof shoes/boots and jackets are also helpful this time of year! Tea and coffee supplies are available for farm volunteers. We could also cap off the day by going to my favourite cafe - Tyler's - on the way home for lunch Limiting the group to 3 people as I can only fit so many in my car - but if additional people want to join and can make their own way there, let me know.
