Sunday Basketball Social

Hi B-Boys & B-Baes (and all Baller hopefuls),

For those not in the know, November is the sports season for the corporate world and my adhoc team of office workers need to get our team spirit on and learn the game (like literally learn the game before our tournament on Nov 15).

Literally teaching some of my team how to play, so ALL levels of basketball knowledge (or none) are welcome!

With that, I have booked a full court session for 90mins at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC) in Albert Park for a social game of basketball! If you used to play before, never played ever and are keen to learn, or eat, think, dream basketball every hour on the hour, come along for a social session 😎

Thinking we'll shoot some hoops in the first 30 mins, get to know each other, then I'll split everyone into teams and we'll play 20 min halfs.

Baskeball Court 07 at Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre

When:

2.15pm to 4pm

Court booking is from 2.30pm to 4pm, meet 15 mins before to get to know each other!

If we're up to it and the weather's nice, can look into a cheeky snag bbq at Albert Park Lake or we can head to a nearby place for a drink/munchies.

What you need to bring:

• Your awesome self
• That baller energy
• A basketball (if you have one)
• A water bottle (stay hydrated y'all)
• Recommended: court shoes, if not, normal runners also work but watch out for a bit of slippage.

I will have bibs for the team play!
