I’m hosting a little get-together called Power & Presence and would love for you to come. It’s basically just two hours of hanging out and feeling human again. We’ll start with some super chilled-out movement, nothing intense or scary, just a fun way to get the body moving and feel a bit stronger without any of that typical gym pressure. After we move, we’ll take a minute to just "be" with some light journaling and breathwork. It’s the perfect Sunday reset to clear your head and grab some good energy before the week starts. Totally beginner-friendly and very low-key, so just bring yourself and some comfy clothes!
