We’ll be heading out for a test run in the Pegasus 42s and Vomero Plus 👟
30 mins of total movement, walk, run, a combo of the two!
All women, all fitness levels and all paces are welcome. Whether you’re a regular runner or just getting started, come along, get some kilometres in and enjoy a morning run with us 🫶🏼
There is plenty of free parking at the cafe, and along the street!
First in best dressed for shoe sizes!

I spend my days at the gym, out on a run, or soaking up the sun with my little four-legged friend. If there’s a dance floor, you know where to find me! I love creating spaces where people can connect and feel at ease! Whether that’s on a run, in a cute cafe, or around a table with a few empty cocktail glasses. Weekends are for hikes, live music, new cafés, markets, and little country towns with the best bakeries!
