I'm inviting you to join me for a FREE outdoor mat Pilates session!
As someone currently studying Pilates and working towards becoming an instructor, I'm creating opportunities to practise, grow, connect with others and document my journey along the way.
I'll also be capturing some footage of the experience to help build my Pilates portfolio and share my journey through Pilates school.
Whether you're completely new to Pilates or already love a good stretch, I'd love to have you there!
