What does the day include? ✨ a gooey gorgeous Soundbath led by Aubrey from The Love Assembly to ground us and help us ground for the week ahead. ✨ from there, we’ll move into a guided scripting session to write down what came up and set some intentions for the new moon (it’s all about your viability baby!) ✨ before closing we’ll have matcha, pastries and some heartfelt conversations in the sharing circle. ✨ you’ll walk away with a renewed sense of calm, a lightness and a gorgeously curated gift bag to support your internal wellness and external beauty practices too (think pixi beauty, mavala + oh so much more 🤭) This is less about “doing” and more about giving yourself permission to dream again.
