What to expect

Guided yoga and a post session coffee

My best friend and I are lucky enough to have access to a beautiful yoga conservatory which we think would be a shame not to share. We practice often (two or three times a week) either together or solo in the conservatory, usually either Vinyasa or a Pilates-Yoga combo for 30-45 minutes. We would like to see if others would be interested in joining us for up to a 45 minute session, nothing too difficult, and pop to a nearby cafe for a coffee and a pastry afterwards. The room comes with yoga mats, blocks and pillows so if it’s your first practice, all you need to bring is yourself and a water bottle :) We are situated on Albert Street in Brunswick, so there are lots of ways to get to us by PT and plenty of street parking if travelling by car too. Disclaimer: we are not yoga instructors! We will be using the app DownDog to create the programme for the session. It is up to your own discretion to decide your own physical ability to do a 45 minute yoga session.
