Join us for a gentle, full-body, beginner-friendly Pilates session in the park, focused on low-impact movements that help ground and calm the nervous system. Afterward, we’ll head to a local cafe to chat and connect over a coffee or matcha! A great way to meet new people, make new friends, and start your weekend by moving your body in nature. Meet the planner
I’m a Naturopath student who is passionate about all things health, fitness, wellness and connection. I’ve moved a fair few times so I know what it’s like trying to make new connections in new environments and it can be difficult and overwhelming at times so that’s a reason why I started a Pilates in the Park business for women to move their bodies outdoors and make friends in their 20s and 30s in a safe and supportive environment!
