Currently fascinated by neuroplasticity (the concept of re-wiring our brains, habits, and thinking) and always finding ways to inject whimsy into daily life. I’ve unexpectedly become obsessed with reformer pilates after never stepping into a gym before or exercising! I’m into trying new things to connect with people who enjoy learning and doing life a little differently.
