Bushrangers Bay Walk

Planned by Nathan Sawaya from Melbourne Hike Club
Friday, 30th January, from 10:00 PM

What to expect

Who’s down for a coastal hike?

The Mornington Peninsula has some of the best coastal hikes in Victoria and one of my favourites is the walk to Bushrangers Bay! Starting at Cape Schanck, this dramatic 8km return walk features stunning ocean views, plenty of wildlife and a hidden beach you can only get to by walking. It should take us roughly 3 hours to make it there and back and we might spot some echidnas and wallabies! 📆 Saturday 31st January ⏰ 9am 📍Cape Schanck (meeting point shared privately) ↔️ 8km / 3 hours 🥾 Moderate Level 🎟️ Ticket Price: $20 (all proceeds go to Wildlife Victoria) There’s limited tickets available and it’s first in first serve so get in quick! 🙏 Please be aware that participants are responsible for their own safety throughout the walk. The terrain can be demanding, with some steep hills and uneven surfaces, so a good level of fitness and appropriate footwear is essential. Bring enough food and water for the duration of the hike. Please hike responsibly and at your own discretion 😊
