Breathe, Paint, Make friends!

This workshop isn’t just about art — it’s about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and building a community where we can be present, breathe, and create together. I’ve been craving spaces in Sydney where strangers can sit side by side, make something with their hands, and leave feeling a little lighter — and hopefully, with a new friend or two. So I’m creating one. We’ll start with grounding and breathwork, then ease into intuitive painting on your own ceramic pot, followed by gentle journaling to close the session with intention. You don’t need to know anyone, and you don’t need any art experience. Just come as you are, open to connection, creativity, and a mindful pause in this busy city.
