Rocky cliffs, a winding river, and one of the best gorge views near Melbourne. Bring your legs and your good energy, new faces always welcome. 🌿

The Details

🗺️ Distance: 7.7km | Duration: 3.5 hrs | Grade: Moderate | Elevation gain: 327m

📍 Meeting point: Shared closer to the date via chat, to keep things private and organised

🧗 Heads up: there's a short rock scrambling section with a cable handrail above the river, nothing technical, just good to know before you lace up

🚗 Carpooling: We've got a shared Excel sheet for coordinating lifts, pop your name down if you can drive or need a ride. Lift cannot be guaranteed!

What to Bring

🎒 Backpack, 2L water minimum, weather-appropriate clothing, proper hiking shoes/boots + personal needs

Comfortable fitness for 7.7km with some scrambling and uneven terrain

Commitment Fee

$15 💚 (helps us keep things running smoothly, hot tea + cookies post hike and commitment)

How We Roll

We're big on community kindness, so look out for each other, walk at the pace of the group, and welcome anyone new like you'd want to be welcomed. And we leave every trail exactly as we found it: pack out all rubbish (yours and any you spot), stick to the marked track, and leave plants, wildlife and rocks where they are. Leave No Trace, always. 🍃

Before You Join

This is a casual, social hike, but safety still matters to us. To confirm your spot:

2️⃣ Share some basic safety info with us (emergency contact + any relevant medical info)

‼️Carpool excel sheet, waiver, and other form will be shared on the private group chat a few days after release of tickets. Please note it is compulsory to fill this form.
