LIFEPLATTER LUNCH CLUB A Six Course Tasting Menu WELCOME Mango Mint Fizz A refreshing blend of ripe mango, fresh mint and sparkling citrus. STREET FOOD I Papdi Chaat Crisp papdi layered with chickpeas, yoghurt, tamarind and mint chutney, and a scatter ofsev. CRISP & SPICED II Cauliflower 65 Golden-fried cauliflower tossed with curry leaves, ginger, garlic and dried chilli in a fiery South Indian glaze. BREAD & COMFORT III Chana Kulcha Soft baked kulcha paired with a warmly spiced chickpea curry and a side of laccha pyaaz. PALATE RESET IV Watermelon Salad Chilled watermelon with cucumber, mint and lime — light and refreshing before the main course. MAIN COURSE V Chicken Tikka Masala Tender pieces of charred chicken tikka gently simmered in a rich, velvety tomato gravy infused with warming Indian spices. Smoky, creamy and deeply flavourful.
