Beach yoga and ocean dip 🤎

✨ A 45-minute ocean-side yoga flow designed to ground, energise, and connect you back to yourself and nature. Each week explores a new theme — from chakras to seasons to sun + moon cycles — making every class a little different. After class, you’re welcome to stay for a refreshing ocean dip if you feel called. What to Expect: 🌞 Gentle, all-levels yoga flow (beginners welcome) 🌞 Optional ocean dip afterwards When & Where: 🗓 Every Saturday ⏰ 8:30am – 9:15am 📍 Mount Martha South Beach — meet near the coloured beach boxes (exact pin sent on booking) What to Bring: 🌞 Yoga mat or beach towel 🌞 Water 🌞 A cosy layer for savasana 🌞 Bathers and towel for the ocean dip Disclaimer: This class is designed for general wellness only and does not replace medical advice.
