A collaboration with @AthaliePaynting + supporting partner @HighTideAU. ✨ A 90-minute workshop led by sexologist and educator, Athalie Paynting, exploring how stress can limit our ability to experience pleasure—and how to reconnect with it through curiosity, compassion and play. Flow ✨ - solo quiet time / settle in - dedicated social time - pleasure workshop by Athalie - gratitude circle to conclude Participants will get to explore the full spectrum of pleasure. The workshop focuses on understanding personal preferences; building the language to communicate pleasure. Open to people of all genders, orientations, and relationship statuses, this session offers a supportive space to redefine pleasure individually and in connection with others. 🍒 All attendees have the option to fill up a pre-event survey to help us better curate the event.
