Super casual morning in the gym! ☕️

A relaxed community morning at 3 Point Training for SPRC girls! Coffee on arrival, a short nutrition chat for runners, and optional movement stations to build confidence in the gym. Beginner-friendly, come-and-go, and completely pressure free. 😌 $15 commitment fee (includes coffee and snacks on arrival)
