A relaxed community morning at 3 Point Training for SPRC girls! Coffee on arrival, a short nutrition chat for runners, and optional movement stations to build confidence in the gym. Beginner-friendly, come-and-go, and completely pressure free. 😌 $15 commitment fee (includes coffee and snacks on arrival)

I spend my days at the gym, out on a run, or soaking up the sun with my little four-legged friend. If there’s a dance floor, you know where to find me! I love creating spaces where people can connect and feel at ease! Whether that’s on a run, in a cute cafe, or around a table with a few empty cocktail glasses. Weekends are for hikes, live music, new cafés, markets, and little country towns with the best bakeries!
