Monthly Sisterhood Picnic: Homemaker Swap + Spring Clean Out

Spring is coming, so we’re using this month’s Sisterhood Picnic as an excuse for a little spring clean!

This month’s theme is Homemaker Swap + Spring Clean Out — a relaxed community picnic where you can clear out some things you no longer need and give them a new home within the sisterhood.

👗 How the swap works:

Have a look through your wardrobe and bookshelves before coming and bring along any good-quality items you’re ready to part with.

We’ll be swapping:

Clothing

Books

For every item you bring, you can swap it for another item. Please only bring things that are clean, in good condition and that you’d genuinely be happy to pass on to another woman.

🧺 The Picnic

Our Sisterhood Picnics are free, community-style gatherings — relaxed, potluck and designed for you to simply come along and spend time with other women.

Bring:

• A plate of food to share
• Your food clearly labelled, including any common allergens
• A picnic rug or chair if you have one
• Your clothing/books for the swap
• Yourself — whether you know someone already or you’re coming alone!

We’ll take care of the drinks.

🌬️ Come earlier for Breathwork

Before the picnic, Breath Valley will also be hosting a beginner-friendly outdoor breathwork session at the same location.

If you’ve been curious about breathwork but haven’t known where to start, this is a lovely opportunity to experience it for the first time, outdoors and in community.

Make sure you register for the breathwork session separately if you’d like to join us beforehand.
