Claire Diaz, Naarm based sexologist and somatic sexuality coach, will take us through a slow evening filled with intension, presence, and aliveness. Through neuroscience, reflections, and simple embodied practices, you will learn why slowing down is one of the most powerful pathways to experiencing pleasure.

No previous experience with somatics or embodiment is needed. This workshop is designed to be beginner-friendly, accessible, and completely clothed. There is no nudity or partnered touch, and participants are always invited to engage at a pace that feels comfortable for them.
