Diwali is literally my favourite time of the year but being away from home can make it SO lonely, so this year we’re making our own home away from home!
Despite the busy festive season and crazy venue fees, we’ve found a spot JUST for us on the waterfront (Sydney CBD btw and SO close to the metro/trains) and even better it’s on a WEEKEND so more of you can make it!
The ticket is literally less than the price of a Macca's McSpicy Meal or two cinnamon scrolls or a standard cocktail on a Friday night out in Sydney CBD, so you have no excuse. It includes:
- FREE FLOWING papdi chaat and samosas
- One glass of wine
- One gulab jamun (duhhh)
Happy hour runs until 5:30pm with house wines/beers for $8-$9 and cocktails for $15, should you wish to drink more than what is included in your ticket.
Dress code: ethnic wear and your BRIGHTEST colours 💛
Expect desi music, gup shup, free small designs by our GORG mehendi artist Swetha (@eyegotsakthi) & a game of Diwali Bingo with a PRIZE for the winner! 🥇
