✨ Yin & Reiki: An Evening of Deep Rest and Renewal 📍 Location: Sister House – South Yarra Give yourself permission to pause. Join Charlie and Edel for an evening of yin yoga and Reiki healing, designed to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and invite deep rest. In this 90-minute session, you’ll be guided through gentle yin postures that release tension and create space in the body. While you rest, Edel will offer Reiki healing - a subtle yet powerful energy practice that supports relaxation, emotional release, and inner harmony. To keep the experience intimate and deeply supportive, we are limiting this event to just 4 participants. This ensures everyone receives the attention and energy they need.
