👗 How the Swap Works

Have a look through your wardrobe and bookshelves before coming and bring along any good-quality items you’re ready to part with.

We’ll be swapping:

• Clothing
• Books

For every item you bring, you can swap it for another item. Please only bring things that are clean, in good condition and that you’d genuinely be happy to pass on.

🌬️ Come Earlier for Morning Breathwork

Before the picnic, Breath Valley will also be hosting a beginner-friendly outdoor breathwork session at the same location.

If you’ve been curious about breathwork but haven’t known where to start, this is a lovely opportunity to experience it for the first time, outdoors and in community.

Make sure you register for the breathwork session separately if you’d like to join us beforehand.
