✨ West Melbourne Book Club (WMBC)✨
If you love reading, are in the market to meet new people and make new friends, keen to eat and share delicious food, and chat ideas big and small - become an inaugural member of WMBC 🎉
What to expect:
- WMBC will start small so that we can all get to know each other 🫶
- Meetings will be held on the last Sunday of every month and hosting obligations will rotate around all members 🗓️
- All members will get access to an online form where they can submit book recommendations for WMBC which will be voted on at the meeting 🗳️ (sadly if books have already been read by a member they will be vetoed)
- Each meeting will be accompanied by a themed potluck 🥘
About you:
- Happy to chat and keen to meet new people 👯♂️
- prepared to cook/bake/buy some delicious themed food to share with fellow members 🧑🍳
- Willing to host book club at your home on a rotational basis 🏠
- Will read the book (or try) 📕
- Genuinely committed to attending
- Do not have to live in West Melbourne but be okay to travel to the West for majority of book club catch ups 🚙🚊

I usually spend my time doing sports or visiting new restaurants. I love the beach and summer (never say no to a cheeky marg). I’m relatively new to Melbourne (moved from Syd a few years Looking to make genuine friendship and have people to try new things with ❤️
