Guided by Somatic Experiencing® principles, this is an introductory workshop exploring somatic practices on connecting with our innate strength to welcome in more vitality, courage and joy into our lives.

If you’re new to somatic work and want to experience a playful entry point, you are warmly welcomed as you are. No previous experience with somatics or astrology required.

Rachel Lee is a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, astrologer and writer. Previously a social worker for over ten years working in frontline crisis roles spanning family violence, housing and mental health, she left after experiencing burnout to pursue a life that feels alive, vibrant and free.

Rachel’s approach is grounded in her personal experience of healing trauma and chronic stress through somatics, astrology, energy work and unblocking her creative spirit. Her practice is relational, body-oriented, nervous system informed, and emerges from an un-shaming perspective. Rachel’s work centers empowerment, creativity, beauty and love as pathways into greater aliveness, possibility and honest expression.
