- A delectable cheeseboard spread laid down the centre of the table, courtesy of Sappho Books, CafĂ© & Bar - one of Sydneyâs most beautiful and iconic second-hand bookstores
- Our signature prompt cards so thereâs never a dull moment

Rules of engagement
We bring friends and strangers together to talk about things that matter. Sometimes that means social norms, identity, and politics - things with nuance that people donât always agree on, but thatâs what makes conversations meaningful and memorable.
We ask our attendees to assume good faith, give people space to learn and form their thoughts in real time.
We meet in shared, public venues, so we are mindful and respectful of staff and other patrons.
Your ticket includes

Meet the planner
Third Space is Sydneyâs culture salon. Every few weeks, we take a film, book, album or trending concept and give a room of people somewhere to actually talk about it. Our goal is two-fold: create ripe environments for conversation and connection, and bring patronage to small businesses (pubs, cafes, cinemas, bookstores).
